FISP Façade Inspection Safety Program

This unique building was constructed in 1912 and designed by architects George an Edward Blum. This building is a rare example of these Architect’s work as their designs were typically much larger apartment buildings. The building is in the NYC LPC Ladies' Mile Historic District (1989)

The scope included a Cycle 9 FISP Report.
